Seeking full-time Family Connections Consultants to provide services for SAGE Counseling, supporting families involved with the Department of Child Safety, requiring a BSW or related degree and human services experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of Social Work (BSW) or related behavioral health field
- A minimum of 1 year of human services work-related or internship experience
- Reliable transportation including proof of insurance and clean 5-year driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in In-Home behavioral health services
- Professional documentation and utilization of Electronic Health Record experience
- Bilingual
